What happens to influence if an NCU loses all abilities while it is attached?​

It remains attached, but is otherwise blank. Another influence to that unit from the same player may not be attached. At the end of the round the NCU card returns to the NCU playspace as usual.

What happens to an influence if an NCU is destroyed while it is attached to a unit?​

It remains attached, but is otherwise blank. Another influence to that unit from the same player may not be attached. At the end of the round the NCU card is removed from play.
