Does the heal portion of the top part of the card target just one unit, all units, or your choice of units that were within range?

Is there any way this card can be attached to a non-Stormcrow unit, such as using Jeor NCU ability?

When using this card to switch 2 friendly attachments, do you have to obey usual attachment restrictions? Example: Unit A has Harma’s Bannerman as a second attachment, and Unit B has only the Weeper, are they prevented from switching because Weeper does not ignore attachment rules?
